儀器簡介

ÄKTA flux 6 是一款專為生物製程開發與中至大規模生產應用而設計的切向流過濾(Tangential Flow Filtration, TFF)系統。本系統適用於中高工作體積範圍(1公升至20公升)的樣品處理,能有效執行濃縮、緩衝液置換、細胞收穫與澄清等操作,並可依需求達成不同濃縮倍率,廣泛應用於生物製藥與蛋白質純化流程中。

 

系統採用切向流過濾技術,使樣品液體以平行於濾膜表面的方向流動,進而減少濾膜堵塞現象,並於膜表面產生掃流效應,有效去除累積顆粒物,提升過濾效率與膜材使用壽命。此技術亦可實現濃縮與滲濾(diafiltration)同步進行,簡化操作流程並提升處理效率。

ÄKTA flux 6 Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) System

 

Instrument Description

 

The ÄKTA flux 6 is a versatile tangential flow filtration system designed for concentration, buffer exchange, cell harvesting, and clarification processes. It is suitable for both process development and large-scale production, capable of handling medium to high working volumes ranging from 1 L to 20 L. The system delivers efficient and scalable filtration, supporting a wide range of concentration factors.

 

Employing Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), the system allows the feed stream to flow parallel to the membrane surface. This configuration significantly reduces membrane fouling by continuously sweeping away retained particles, thus maintaining high filtration efficiency and extending membrane lifespan. During operation, the system enables concurrent concentration and diafiltration, streamlining workflows and improving process outcomes.
