儀器簡介

ÄKTA flux S system 是一款專為製程開發及小規模生產而設計的切向流過濾(Tangential Flow Filtration, TFF)系統。本系統適用的體積範圍介於(50毫升至1公升)的樣品處理,能有效執行濃縮、緩衝液置換、細胞收穫與澄清等操作,並可依需求達成不同濃縮倍率,廣泛應用於生物製藥與蛋白質純化流程中。

系統採用切向流過濾技術,使樣品液體以平行於濾膜表面的方向流動,進而減少濾膜堵塞現象,並於膜表面產生掃流效應,有效去除累積顆粒物,提升過濾效率與膜材使用壽命。此技術亦可實現濃縮與滲濾(Diafiltration)同步進行,簡化多步驟操作流程,提升效能與重現性。

ÄKTA flux S System – Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) Concentration System

 

Instrument Description

The ÄKTA flux S system is a tangential flow filtration (TFF) system specifically designed for process development and small-scale production. It is optimized for sample volumes ranging from 50 mL to 1 L, and is well-suited for applications such as concentration, buffer exchange, cell harvesting, and clarification. This system enables efficient processing across various concentration factors.

Utilizing tangential flow filtration technology, the system allows liquids to flow parallel to the membrane surface. This configuration significantly reduces membrane fouling and creates a sweeping flow across the membrane, effectively removing accumulated particulates. The result is enhanced filtration efficiency and extended membrane lifespan. The system also supports simultaneous concentration and diafiltration, simplifying multi-step workflows and improving overall process efficiency and reproducibility.

  • Reservoir Capacity: Up to 500 mL, equipped with a weighing module and magnetic stirring to ensure sample homogeneity and operational stability

 

 

 

User Guidelines

This system is designated for self-operation. First-time users are required to contact the system administrator in advance to complete the mandatory training and certification before operating the instrument.
