儀器描述

Bio-Rad CFX96 Touch™ Real-Time PCR Detection System 具有96孔盤，可搭配條式 PCR 連排，亦可以適用少量樣品分析。

主要特點

 

  • 1.最少可使用 10uL反應體積。
  • 2.可使用多種類孔盤96×0.2ml tubes，96-well PCR plate，及12×8-tube strips 。
  • 3.可偵測六組螢光，包括5組顏色與1組FRET： Fluorescein (FAM)、 SYBR Green、HEX、Texas Red、ROX 及 Cy5 等，並可適應新開發之螢光種類，例如：Cal gold 540、Cal red 610、Quasar 670 及 Quasar 705。
  • 4.內建CFX分析軟體：可進行相對定量與多重基因比較與繪圖功能。

Description

CFX96 PCR system has 96 well  which can support high throughput requirement. The CFX96 can use 8-tube strip to support small samples assay.

Main specification

  • 1.Minimize 10uL reaction buffer for each reaction
  • 2.Multiple sample size choice, 96×0.2ml tubes，96-well PCR plate，12×8-tube strips
  • 3.6 detector： Fluorescein (FAM)、SYBR Green、HEX、Texas Red、ROX、Cy5、Cal gold 540、Cal red 610、Quasar 670、Quasar 705
  • 4.CFX Manager software: support relative gene quantification, multiple gene analysis, and heatmap analysis.
